Upgrade Domestic Water
Legionnaire prevention throughout hospital buildings 1, 2, and 11. Remove and replace all domestic hot and cold-water valves. Remove all mixing valves on all sinks and replace them with anti-scold mixing valves. Replace domestic hot water GPM balancing valves with temperature balancing valves to maintain domestic hot water throughout each building. Addition of a 70-ton air cooled scroll chiller to condition the domestic cold water throughout building and a new cold water return line. Add water monitoring stations throughout each floor in buildings 1, 2, and 11 with provided service, maintenance and calibration.
